SmartMusic March 2021 Repertoire Update

We are excited to share that we have added 80 titles to the SmartMusic library since our last update, including 4 new method books, 52 ensemble pieces (including 15 Flex arrangements), and 24 instrumental and vocal solos. 

New Methods

Methods added this month include Habits of a Successful Middle Level String Musician, Music FUNdations, Sound Differentiation for Beginning String Orchestra, and Sight Reading for Any Instrumentation: Level 1. 

New Ensemble Repertoire

New ensemble repertoire this month includes 15 new Flexible arrangements for nontraditional ensembles, in addition to several new pieces available for concert band, string orchestra, full orchestra, and jazz ensembles.

New Solos

Solo repertoire added this month include instrumental and/or vocal arrangements of pop hits such as “Blinding Lights” and “Save Your Tears” by The Weeknd, “Say So” by Doja Cat, “Redbone” by Childish Gambino, “Creep” by Radiohead, and many more.

New Features

In case you missed it, we’ve also added several new features to the SmartMusic platform that you can take advantage of today! Learn about Music Sharing, applying Sticky Settings, exploring MIDI assessment, creating Favorites Lists, and adding AlphaNotes in Compose.
