october 2020 repertoire

Last month we were excited to share PDF catalogs of SmartMusic’s extensive library on our blog, but as we continue to add new content on a regular basis, it’s already time to share an update on the new titles added since then. In the last month, we’ve expanded the library to include 2 new methods, 5 new ensemble titles, and 8 new solos.

New Methods

Methods added to the SmartMusic library include Bob Sinicrope’s F Blues: Walking Bass Line Construction from Pathways Towards Greatness and Dale Duncan’s popular S-Cubed Sight Singing Program for Beginners.

New Large Ensemble Repertoire

New large ensemble additions include Varsity Performing Arts’ “Together As One,a fully arranged, designed, and choreographed marching band performance free of charge to any school or band director.

New Solos

Solo titles added this month include hits from Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Marren Morris, fun., and more, plus songs from blockbuster films like “The Lego Movie” and the upcoming “Wonder Woman (1984).”

New Features

In case you missed it, we’ve also added several new features to the SmartMusic platform that you can take advantage of today! Learn about Music Sharing, applying Sticky Settings, exploring MIDI assessment, creating Favorites Lists, and (for premium users) Print on Demand.

What’s Next?

We’ll continue to work with publishers around the world to license their music. While popularity is one factor in our prioritization, your input is crucial as well. Are there titles you’d like to see us add to new SmartMusic? Please let us know.
