Keys to Success in Small Schools

Keys to Success in Small Schools

In small schools, you may start your band students in the fifth grade and work with them through their senior year. You will see the squeaky beginning clarinetist become an all-state musician. You may be asked to attend student weddings — or even to stand in for missing parents. You will have a tremendous impact on the lives of these students.
